The sequence we recommend for the first two sets of Fitzroy Readers is 1-6, and then 1x-6x, as these Readers practise the five basic vowel sounds, and do not contain any digraphs. After these have been completed, we recommend Readers 7-10 then 7x-10x. After this, the rest of the program should be completed in the order laid out in Where to Start.
