Shipping & Returns

We ship orders Monday to Friday. If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday, it will be processed and shipped within the next two business days.

We use Australia Post's signature on delivery service for 'Express' and 'Parcel Post'. If you would prefer your parcel to be left without a signature, please write 'Authority to Leave' in the comments at the time of ordering. Fitzroy Programs is not responsible for any lost parcels if this option is requested.

To ensure prompt delivery of your online order, please provide us with a suitable residential or business address.

All prices are shown in Australian dollars. All orders are processed in Australian dollars.

Delivery Within Australia

Tracking is generally available at least two days after shipment. We will deliver to the address of your choice according to the conditions below. Simply inform us of the delivery address when you place your order at www.fitzoyreaders.com

Fitzroy Programs uses the services of Australia Post to deliver your orders. Delivery time is usually 2 or 3 working days for capital cities, and 4 to 10 working days for the rest of Australia, for orders placed before 11am (Melbourne time). We are rarely out of a product, and if we are it’s not for long. If the customer has submitted correct data, delays should never exceed 30 days.

Back Orders

We will notify you if an item it temporarily out of stock. If we need to send an extra package to complete your order, no additional postage charges will apply.

Undelivered parcels

Additional postal charges may be incurred if Australia Post has been unable to deliver your parcel for any of the following reasons:

  • you have entered an incorrect address when placing an order
  • the name on the parcel is not known at the address
  • you have not collected the parcel from the post office
 

International Orders

The delivery costs and delivery date will vary according to the weight of the packed goods and the destination country. These costs are payable only once per order – even if this is delivered in several parcels. Upon arrival in the destination country, the parcels are distributed by the local postal services.

Customs in the Receiving Country

Occasionally, customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days. Our postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. Responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices.

 Pick Up In Store

If you are local, you can complete your order online and pick up in store.

Once we have processed and packed your order, we will send you an email to let you know it is ready for collection.

Our shop and office is located at 593 Brunswick Street, North Fitzroy (Melbourne).

Opening hours are 10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

Returns and Refunds

All prices are listed in Australian dollars.

We reserve the right to change prices and correct any printing errors.

No questions asked guarantee

Fitzroy Programs offers a No-Questions-Asked Guarantee for you to return any item with an Australian delivery address and receive a refund to the value of the item/s returned. The items must be returned in resalable condition. See our Returns Policy below for full details. This guarantee does not include orders with an overseas shipping address, or bulk orders (buyers should sample single products first).

Returns Policy

You can return your purchase to Fitzroy Programs, or send it to our office within 30 days.

  • Please enclose the original Tax Invoice, or a copy of the Tax Invoice with the goods.
  • The goods have to be in original condition.
  • Let us know if you would like an exchange, replacement, or a refund.
  • Include a daytime phone number where we can contact you.
